But wait! What are the secrets of fish control?

First, stare into the eyes of your fish.* Do this for a really long time. Then write a "fish control" computer program. For more technical details, please study this very scientific diagram.
* Caution: Stare at your fish at your own risk. Fish staring is a contest of wills. Most importantly, never stare into the eyes of any fish whose will might be stronger than your own.
